What type of tax returns do you prepare?

We file for Individuals and Business entities in all 50 states. We file 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065 and 990 returns.

What if my documents aren’t organized or I’m missing something?

That’s very common and completely okay. Our tax organizer and intake process are designed to help uncover what’s needed and reduce guesswork. We’ll guide you step by step so nothing is overlooked.

Do I need to come into the office to file my taxes?

No. We offer both secure online options and in-office support. You can upload documents electronically, drop them off in person, or complete forms with guidance in our office. Convenience and comfort are built into our process.

How do I know if an S-Corporation is right for me?

For some businesses, an S-Corporation can offer meaningful tax savings. For others, it may add complexity without real benefit. Our role is to help you evaluate your situation clearly, ensure everything is set up correctly, and support you with the accounting, payroll, and compliance that come with it.

If you’re unsure whether your business should be an S-Corporation, we can walk through that decision together.

Do you help with 1099 forms?

Yes. We assist clients with 1099 preparation and filing when applicable and help you understand whether you’re required to issue 1099s in the first place.

If you’ve paid contractors or service providers and aren’t sure what applies to you, we’ll help clarify your obligations and ensure forms are handled accurately and on time.
